Following a thread on Skye in Speak Out where the Kilmartin Restaurant/Cafe in Staffin ; Creelers seafood restaurant near Broadford ; the cafe at Armadale Castle ; the Blue Shed Cafe near Torrin ; and the Cafe Arriba in Portree all got recommended I thought it might be an idea to ask for your recommeded ports of call - cafes, tea-rooms, pubs, camp-sites etc.
I'd like to add Sheena's Tea-hut in Corran near Arnisdale - real simple set-up - it's literally a hut from which Sheena sells tea and coffee and light snacks - and you get to share them with Red Deer - really!!! They wander into the tea-hut!!! You can sit outside in the garden, watch the deer and gaze across Loch Hourn, onto the local hills or longingly up to Skye - Perfick!
Damn it - it want to go there now!!!!
