When the new site became up a running latter part of last year, the only way I could log in was to create a new profile and now the forum has gone live I've got two log in id's?

Why is this? Was I silly to create another user id however the new one does not let me login to the community forum?

Help, what is happening.

I noticed the other day that you can deactivate your account. Maybe you can do this with the new one that doesn't work well. Near the top of the page click "My Account". That'll give you the option to deactivate.

Once you Deactive your account it will remain active for 30 days before being removed perminantly according to the blurb.

I'm afraid that for the moment we'll need 2 log-ins. It's a technical issue that has a lot to do with the fact that our "community" section is built by a different company. Sorry.

In that case I'll persevere but hopefully when all is done, you may be able to amalgamate them into one login.
