The weight of the down sweater is 320g- it's a fantastic piece of kit, instant warmth and stupidly light weight. As for the crampons, I was very impressed with the kahtoolas, i found them to be just as good as the more traditional crampons I have used in the past and stuck to my fet like glue even in fairly deep powder snow. I chose the steel version because i tend to keep my crampons on more than I probably should if snow cover is patchy. I also really like the way they slide together into a small package so that i could fit them inside my pack and the weight difference on my back was noticeable.
