I've got a couple of weekends free in July (17/18 and 24/25) and am considering making the most of them and heading up to the area around Ben Hope / Ben Loyal / Ben Stack and Ben Kilbreck. Travelling and walking solo, but would be interested to know if anybody else is in the area at the time with a view to meeting up. I'm no mountain marathon runner, like to plod along and soak up the surroundings. I have never seen the point of making the effort to reach the top to sit in a cloud. If the weather is crap, I'd rather have an interesting low level walk or tackle a summit below the cloud level.

Would be interested to know if anyone is camping around the area as while it's nice to walk solo, it's also nice to have some company and a banter in the evenings.
