Great Grampian Glen Traverse

Hi ,

I am new to this forum so please forgive my ignorance if this has already been done before..

I have planned a trip in September to Scotland following a route described in Ciccerone route book as the Great Grampian Glens Traverse.

This route is a large circular (roughly 65 miles) starting in Blair Atholl and takes you through Glen Tilt , Glen Feshie,Minigaig and Glen Bruar back to Blair Atholl.

I will be doing this trek solo (first time solo). As such, I have been more meticulous in researching and planning this trip.I was wondering if there is any "local Knowledge" that can provide me with some "do's and dont's" and other "good to know" general information. (Example - I read somewhere that some of the paths around the Geldie Burn have been washed away - is this true ?)

Many thanks for you advise in advance !!
