RE: Got Any Website Problems?

I posted a comment about my blog and got a smiley in the address - take a look at the problem... (and my blog!)

RE: Got Any Website Problems?

Hi Bazcarter, this is because the url contained characters that were interpreted as a smiley :)

I've added an exception so that shouldn't happen again.

Thanks for posting about the problem.

RE: Got Any Website Problems?

Hi
Glad to see website being updated - should get more forum users now I reckon.

My only gripe is that the dates are shown backwards. This is was annoying me when I was checking the forum for new posts. (I then realised that everything was dated yesterday anyway!)

Cheers

RE: Got Any Website Problems?

also I have just found I cannot edit a post as I meant to add something to my last reply namely....

some of the time indices appear screwed up for posts.......but strangely enough not for all of them

ie this reply shows the correct time and date within the thread but on the front page it is incorrect..... weird

RE: Got Any Website Problems?

Hi Chaps,

Firstly, the clock on the server was an hour out...

Now Sorted.

I've also made the date and time for posts more readable...

Also, remember all posts from the old forum were imported on thursday, unfortunately their times will all report being posted then.

Finally, the 'last post' time on the view forum page was incorrectly displaying the time the thread was created, not the last post. thanks backpack brewer for pointing that out!

thanks
