Am interested in walking this hill with a mixed group of people ( ages range from 9 to 60 ). I dont want to put any of the less experienced people in any danger . In your opinion is Blaven a sensible choice. ?

There certainly are easier hills Tanner!
Bla Bheinn, or Blaven, is a wonderful hill but those who less experienced may well find it a tad on the exposed side, particularly on the descent between the west summit and the main summit. The path is well eroded and has become fairly exposed. Also, the descent from the summit is steep and loose, not a real problem for the experienced but could be awkward for the inexperienced.
