Hi Everyone,

My partner and I are going to be walking Ben Nevis on May 15th 2010. We are fundraising for two local hospitals. Inverclyde Royal Hospital and Glasgow Royal Infirmery (canniesburn).

Pauls (my parter) cousin was involved in a two car crash as a bystander on the road. Both Paul and I witnessed this and saw her leg crushed to bits. She lost lots of blood and very nearly lost her leg. Thanks to 9 hours of surgery from our amazing surgeons, they have saved her leg. She has just turned 21 and qualified as a dance teacher just before the accident. She is remaining positive and hopes to dance again.
